Warranty And Return Information

WARRANTY:

Rick’s High End Car Audio Warranty on professional speaker products (except for enclosures) remains in effect

for one year from the date of the first consumer purchase. Amplifiers, enclosures, and all other Rick’s High End Car Audio equipment are warranted for one year from the date of the original purchase.

Your Rick’s High End Car Audio Warranty protects the original owner and all subsequent owners as long as:

A.) Your Rick’s High End Car Audio product has been purchased in the Continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska. (This Warranty does not apply to Rick’s High End Car Audio products purchased elsewhere except for purchases by military outlets. Other purchasers should contact the local Rick’s High End Car Audio distributor for warranty information.) and

B.) The original dated bill of sale is presented whenever warranty service is required.

Except as specified below, your Rick’s High End Car Audio Warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship.

The following are not covered: Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, product modification

or neglect; damage occurring during shipment; damage resulting from failure to follow instructions

contained in your Instruction Manual; damage resulting from the performance of repairs by

someone not authorized by Rick’s High End Car Audio; claims based upon any misrepresentations by the seller; any

Rick’s High End Car Audio product on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed.

Rick’s High End Car Audio will pay all labor and material expenses for all repairs covered by this warranty.

RETURN PROCESS:

Rick’s High End Car Audio states that an RA number is not needed, customers should return product with the above

information needed. Pack merchandise carefully to avoid further damage, and include a copy of

the original invoice or receipt. Ship merchandise back to the manufacturer prepaid.
